3 out of 5 starsI like the style of my bracelet but I'm more than disappointed about the quality : firstly because it's been broken after just one day (I managed to fix it approximately and the seller proposed me to send me another one free of charge which is really kind from her) and because it is say on the description that there is gold plated which cannot be true as it turned pink after 2 days of wearing it which shouldn't be the case with real gold plated... I recommend it if you're not looking for quality.

Again my apologise for your broken bracelet, unfortunately these things can happen and I was really happy you were able to fix it, all my products are as stated in description however I will look into the gold plated links for future designs to ensure customer satisfaction.

2 out of 5 starsCustomer service was excellent from this shop, but the jewelry has been uncomfortable from the start; I’ve only been wearing it for about 2 weeks and I’m looking to get a different piece. I got the size I have always worn but this piece is short and rubbing on the middle of my nose. Clicker septum rings are much more practical than just this bending back and forth style. Spent too much money on this and can’t return it. Bummer.

3 out of 5 starsThis septum ring might be TOO well made! The jewelry itself truly is gorgeous but DAMN it was SO hard to adjust! I even watched the video and bought two small pairs of needle-nose pliers just to close it exactly like she did and I actually injured myself! Lol I had to use so much force to get it to close that the pliers slipped and then slammed together inside my nose. It was awful AND I noticed that the pliers totally do mess up the part of the ring that they touch. So, if you buy this piece you'd better have a VERY strong and steady hand.

~ JEWELLERY CARE ~
STERLING SILVER
All sterling silver will tarnish over time due to the properties of the metal, so do not worry if your jewellery starts to tarnish as this is perfectly normal.
To help keep your silver jewellery sparkling we advise that you avoid contact with perfume, make-up and cosmetics products and do not wear when swimming or bathing.
Clean regularly with a polishing cloth or wash with lukewarm soapy water and a soft brush. Ensure you rinse your piece of silver jewellery well and dry throughly before wearing or storing away.
When not in use keep your silver jewellery in a plastic zip bag or jewellery box.
GOLD & ROSE PLATED STERLING SILVER:
Plated jewellery is a cost effective way to enjoy gold looking jewellery however as this process involves a thin layer of gold or rose gold on top of sterling silver it means that you have to be extra careful to protect this coating as it will inevitably fade over a period of time.
To help preserve your plated jewellery we recommend that you do not wear when bathing or swimming as chlorine can permanently discolour your jewellery.
To clean your jewellery gently use a polishing cloth to bring back the sparkle.
GOLD
Pure gold jewellery is the only metal that will not tarnish however care should be taken to avoid scratches. Clean with a soft lint free cloth of polishing cloth to brighten up your jewels and store away in a jewellery box.
